Thanks, Neil, for the XG rollout.

WRT Gnubg 2-ply, I doubt that the bot gets the most out the position after the switching play. I looked at Gnubg's 2-ply play in 12 next-roll positions. I disagreed with 8 of them. The recurrent differences in these 8 are that Gnubg likes to move the checkers from the 19, 21 and 23 points, likes to make the 12 point, and refuses to move the 13 point checker to create another direct builder.
