Recommending the Othello Japanese Quizzes for Wilcox

Wilcox, welcome back to backgammon. With your work ethic and backgammon talent, you should be kicking everyone's ass in no time.

You want some more challenging problems? When they have a big tournament in Japan, they often have a quiz of ten tough problems. The margins are usually quite large, I believe a minimum of 0.06. Check out the link above. This should keep you occupied for a couple of hours.

You want another challenge? Try getting a GridGammon account and playing othello some one-point Nackgammon matches. Let us know how you do. I used to think I was good at one-point Nack until I recently started playing othello.

You remember about twenty years ago when Walter, Herb, you and I wrote down our opinions on all the second roll positions? Do you still have that paper? It would be interesting to see our PR on those positions.
