Let's see: entry fees are the highest, rakes are the highest, rule peculiarities cater to top players, Director won't make any attempt to assist less-then greatest of players, .......

I'd have to say that the equity is so bad for less than top few players that the number of participants will be very low.

On the other hand, the Legal Plays rule is very positive ---- except it is not enforced against "top" players.
