No, they are not.

rakes are the highest

They may be tied for the highest rakes in the US and even then I'm not sure. You can check that, I'm not the one making the claims.

rule peculiarities cater to top players

Uh...what?

Director won't make any attempt to assist less-then greatest of players

Uh...double what?

the Legal Plays rule is very positive ---- except it is not enforced against "top" players.

I guess I'm at a triple what at this point...
