Come again, please? In your example, You would need a sizable database of games You has played at GG -- and I'll bet the number of players who really know their own ME at GG approaches zero -- but You would have had to keep track of how many meaningless gammons You had lost. Who does that? Ah, a bot does. Might then meaningless game results have validity in bot vs. bot comparisons? But if the difference "could mean" the worse bot is splitting its back men too soon, a rollout of the splitting play would show that -- in the number of meaningful wins and meaningful gammons won.
