Stick "OtB I of course play 4/2 1/off but suspect due to the subject line and the fact that it's clear I'm not ripping two off that 4/1 may be correct."

I believe that it never can be better to not use an ace to bear a checker from the ace pt in when there's no contact. There's no possible way for 2/1 to be better than 1/0 unless I've missed something.

I don't care if XG thinks that 2/1 could be a bit better than 1/0 as I think some tiny fluke must be causing it to play differently later.
