I thought the 3 was best played by staying back on the 24 pt trailing in the race and that 24/21 would simply create a target on the point Blue wants to make. I slightly prefered 6/3 vs 7/4.
However, it is hard to argue with the bot RO showing that your choice to come up is fine.
