Since these particular positions are specially selected for being "difficult," I don't think that "0.007 PR" makes much sense in this context. However, I agree that a 1.5 time penalty seems pretty steep, and if it were up to me I wouldn't bother either.

that's exactly what "Stop if CI (95%) reaches 0.005 or at 46656 games" means.
