We want to save numbers to delay leaving a blot and hopefully clearing with a double. So I am going to play inside. Then we like to keep a board, to make it more costly for our silicon opponent to leave hittable blots. This is also good for any life after being hit scenarios. Ideally we keep a board that we will be able to maintain for some time. We also like to retain an efficient racing position, although that is not a major consideration.

I like 6/4 5/2 because it creates a 4-point board that we may be able to keep, keeps a 5 playable inside, and as a bonus, if we are force to play a 61 13/6 we remake a 5 point board (if we are lucky hitting in the process).
