Blue bears off on the first roll with 2 rolls.

Blue bears off on 2nd roll ("cube vig" is the equivalent number of additional single wins if Blue can still use the cube before the second roll. For D/T is approximatively interpolated between 0 for 5 and 14.9 for 21.1, for D/P it is 36-x for x>21.1):

Cube vig for an immediate cube: 3.64/36 (interpolated)

Cube vig for a later cube: 10/36*139/1296 = 1.08/36

Cube action: Double/Take, no double costs an equivalent of 2.56/36 single wins
