This appears pretty easy to figure OTB. Obvious double for blue, he is near pick-em in the game and white's take point is 50%. Is it a take? White need 648 wins in 1296 to take. White will win 33* 17 after each side has rolled once, 561 wins. White needs another 87 wins to take. Counting blues failure to be off in two and multiplying by 19/36: 2-1 = 2*17; 3-1 and 1-1 = 3* 13; 3-2 = 2*7; 4-1 = 2* 5; 5-1 and 6-1 = 4 * 2. These sum to 34+39+14+10+8= 108. 108 *19/36 < 87, therefore it is a pass.
