If black had cube access last turn he had a correct double then. Did white just incorrectly cube 112 vs 10011?

If this were to arise with correct play one possibility is that black had been Weavering and last turn had gotten his "worst" followed by white's "best". It is conceivable that esarlier in the game White had correctly cubed to 4 and then rolled so badly that Black was suddenly too good.
