Is it close? I think the decision is difficult. Strategically 24/16 is good. But tactically, after 21/13 threes start to play well for blue - splitting, he is no more engaged on the other side of the board and can build with 1,2 and 4. If he stays on 21, he may suffer suffocation and/or closeout. I vote for kindergarten 21/13. Iron point "asset" still makes me shudder though.
