23/16 leaves White 14, 34, 35 and 36 to hit with. 23/20 13/9 leaves White with a great 11 and then only 13, 12 and 32. 31, 32 and 21 will all leave Blue a direct from the bar and 32 is otherwise a great anchoring roll. Does White's 11 after 23/20 13/9 swing it? I don't think so.
