Are there any guidelines for choosing flight, eg. as a function of GridGammon rating or approximate average PR ?

"(6) E-mail addresses will be kept confidential and shared only with tournament director and co-directors to assist in scheduling matches."

Plus one for this. Many TD's, both live and online, could learn from this.
