I agree that H (Hit, 13/7 8/5*) seems like the best use of this tricky roll, in both the left-hand and right-hand positions.

Breaking the 8pt while leaving a third blot is a big deal, though. In the left-hand position, I would strongly consider U (Up, 24/18 24/21) due to the duplication of 6s and the triplication of 4s and 2s -- pretty efficient and looks like a good play at gammon save.
