It seems to me that our best chance is to prevent him from making that forward anchor on our 5-point. If we don't hit that blot and he makes the point I think we're in huge trouble so I'd guess the risk of leaving a direct shot might be worth it to prevent that happening. 6/5*/4 leaves no blots but looks horrible. If we do hit with the third five leaving another blot with the fourth one seems crazy with his board. We could shift it to the 6-point with 6/5*(2). If he misses with the 6 we'd have 27 covering rolls and a third blot we could scoop up with a prime that could actually contain him (as opposed to what we'd have after he made our 5-point). I'm not terribly good at this game so I may be overthinking it and the right answer may the obvious one (hitting on the 9), but maybe to get the discussion started I'll say Bar/24*(2) 6/5*(2).
