Mike Main lives in London. He has a great personality and sense of homour. I have played in several tournaments run by Mike, and I was immensely impressed with what a great job he did. I have played in tournaments on five continents, and as far as I am concerned, Mike Main is the best tournament director on the planet. http://www.backgammoninlondon.com/home.html

Mike will be directing Backgammon Live in London, November 11-13. http://www.backgammoninlondon.com/bglil/home/00.html He will also direct the 3rd Meribel Tournament, December 7-11. http://www.meribel-backgammon.com/ Meribel, in the French Alps, is the largest skiing complex in the world. I attended last year and hope to return this year. Beautiful scenery, great skiing, fantastic food and plenty of time for backgammon. Even if you do not ski, you can take the lift up to something like 3000 meters or 10,000 feet or more.
