I don't think you can quantify the confidence to be reached only in term of what move is the best. Imagine that the top 2 moves are actually equivalent: you will never reach a high confidence of one being better than the other because it does not exist.

Now, what absolute CI is good enough? it really depend of what you want to achieve. for my level 0.005 is far enough, in particular for opening move where the choice depends also on what position I am comfortable to play (or that I think my opponent will be uncomfortable playing).

Stronger player will have a more strict CI, I am sure, but 0.0015 seems very low already!
