I would anchor and let White try to tidy-up his blots. Blue figures to get another shot at White next roll somewhere and he still has his holding game in reserve. If Blue hits it will work great 25% of the time when White dances, other than that White will have the best of it in a mutually gammonish position.

Should White double after Blue plays b/21 13/10*? I think I would spin it at this score. Blue's four blots are pretty enticing.
