We have a huge board advantage here so we should regard our blots primarily as weapons rather than as weaknesses to be timidly cleaned up. (With big boardage, seek big blottage.) Thus 13/9 is the 4 and the only question in my mind is whether to play 9/8 or 22/21. Though we don't mind getting singly hit, getting doubly hit is a nuisance since that seriously cuts into our return shots. So 9/8 looks better since it cuts down on the double hits.
