I see here three plays: 16/8 ; 13/7 6/4* 13/5
Non hitting play leaves all 4s 52 61 66 22 31 total 19 shots. This move start to clear 16pt or break advanced anchor in the moment when we white has weaker board. Also 16/8 is unflexible. Magriel criteria argue for safe play: ahead in the race, weaker board, less men back but I am not sure is 19 shots are safer.
13/7 6/4 leaves all 4s 52 16 26 36 56 13 22 53 total 26 and 46 43 as double shoters. I think it is too much.
Last play is 13/5 which leave double shot but slot 5pt, unstack midpoint and retain anchor. All 4s 1s 22 total 21 shot.
I am not sure but I like to slot 5pt. 16/8 looks so unflexibile to me.
