Well technically he did get #1 wrong but the amount of equity at stake wasn't worth the paper this sentence is printed on. I'm guessing that even though he got them right his confidence level at the time OtB was far from high and that's why he posted. The stronger of a player you are the more likely your guesses are to be right for a couple of reasons. The main one being often a player like Neil will be able to narrow the options down to Play A and Play B whereas a mediocre player may have a Play C or even a Play D in the equation. If Neil still can't make a decision he flips a coin and is right half the time whereas the weaker player would only get it right 1/4th of the time.
