I said I want to see backgammon tournaments everywhere, attended by many players. And you ask: "for what"? Sorry, but I think that's a very strange question.

With regard to your "fair" backgammon rules, I considered your ideas at length some years ago. I explained at length why I did not think they were good ideas in a post to one of the gammonlife forums. I have nothing additional to say about them.

With regard to "surely, we can ask the players before" whether they find your ideas acceptable and attractive, that's a great idea. Ask them. You're asking here now. Are you finding much support?

Sorry, this is getting ridiculous. I might comment on anything new, but otherwise, the last word is yours.
