I am not sure what is best here, I think there are many possible plays that cannot be rejected outright, like 13 and 5, 13 and 7, 7, 18, 1* and 7, 1* and 5. You have a board advantages with a lot of attackers, which argues for a blitz approach, but you also have a racing advantage (arguing for breaking contact/consolidating, etc) and an advantage in escaping checkers and building, which argues for a priming approach.
I think it is difficult to successfully blitz against 4 back checkers, so I'd prefer a move that keeps the blitzing option open while protecting and building on other advantages. It seems 24/18, 13/7 or 18/13 6/5 do that. I think 13/7 is the most forceful way to accomplish something against two on the bar.
If 6/1*, then I think 8/7 is best (slots the 4th point of the prime, useful in case the blitz fails, while about as useful as 6/5 in the context of a blitz).
