This is a terrible roll. It seems to me that the choices are between 15/8 and 8/2*/1. One duplicates threes and the other duplicates ones. We're ahead in the race so I wouldn't be surprised to see 15/8 being the right move, but with 8/2*/1 I think we're safer if he misses then we would be if he misses after the other (although he would be breaking his midpoint to hit). I'm probably missing something important but there's a chance he might dance so I'd go with...

8/2*/1.
