GNUbg analysis using multi-processors

Can I throw in a related question here?

Might Gnubg (and others) be enabled to do analysis of both players while the match is in progress? The program has lots of dead time between moves. (It currently analyzes the nonhuman player, of course, at the selected playing level.)
