Playing Backgame: Hit Or No Hit?

I don't see a need to hit here - black will enter easily enough against the 3 point board and there's not really enough ammo nearby to continue the attack after that. Having played 11/9 does maximize coverage from the builders that are there, but the the risk of letting black hit while coming around seems to big. It's not that I'm scared of being sent back, but losing half the roll to entering makes the hit/contain/build plan more difficult. I'd just play B/20,21/19 or B/18 here looking to hit in the outfield while bringing checkers around to build with. Then again, I'm quite bad at backgames - I wouldn't have even thought of that word here.
