(1) Irrelevant score. I'd play bar/15* 8/3(2), not bar/15*/5. Downside: a second blot, 19 hitting returns instead of 15. Upside: a third point in the board (permanent asset even if the homeboard blot is hit) and 9 fanning numbers instead of 4.

(2) Irrelevant score. With a slight racing edge, rather than leave two stripped points in the outfield with 21/11(2), or the midpoint alone (21/6), I'd play 21/16(2) 13/8(2). This might come home without leaving any directs.

(3) This reminds me of an Advanced Backgammon position in that White's position is ugly, but for now White has only the one blot and is up 22 pips. So no double or small double for money, I think. This might be a lot worse than the position I'm reminded of. But Blue trails 3-away 2-away. Suppose Blue wins 60% and 1/3 of his wins are gammons. Then Take -> 40% + 40% of 32% = 53% ME. My guesstimate of GWC and gammons doesn't have to off by much to make this a pass, but I'll say Double/Take.
