I'd take 24/21(2) and 13/10(2) myself. Anchoring is a must, I think--your timing is not good in a prime vs. prime game (especially if you hit), and even if you successfully attack white, getting your back men out is not trivial. I know the 5-point is the 5-point, but after this play you have a solid chance of making it next turn (or hitting loose there if necessary, which is less dangerous since you've anchored). That's my guess.
