Your Nactation seems fine to me. H would be 13/9 8/5* whereas h would be 13/10 8/4*. Correct. You could also use N and n respectively... O and o, actually, though I know you prefer H and h in any case.

W also seems to be a good choice for 24/20 6/3.. Correct. An alternate to that would be E. e, actually. (Capital E = 24/21 6/4*.)
