1/ With an advantage in race, prime, escape and points, I estimate this one as 67/33 but a gammon rate not so high and low volatility. I will wait to double this one. no double/take

2/ The only real question is : should we hit to try to fill the gap ? I don't think so so I play 10/4. 1 hitting number less and it's a good 5 (on of our number that doesn't play well during the bear off)

3/ I've studied positions like this. The race is very important and also the number of builders within 6 points of the gap. Here the race is for white and no builders in range so it's a solid take. For the double, everything that put one or more builder on the line followed by a fan is a market loser so double/take
