I don't think that BIBA uses the ELO formula in determining ranking points.

If I remember correctly, 5 point matches are win or lose 5 ranking points irrespective of ranking differences. 7 point matches are win or lose 9 ranking points irrespective of ranking differences. Ranking differences are taken account of for 11 point matches, with a sliding scale based on the size of the ranking difference.

I apologise if the above is not correct, but it is how I remember it.
