looks like chump change when compared with the governments dealing with the "green companies" Solyndra, etal.

As Eric Clapton said "before you 'cuse me, take a look at yourself" --- Fraud, Waste, and Abuse begins in D.C. --- it's very unlikely that they will do anything to correct the inherrent problems that they and their special interests have.
