Even if we stipulate that government policy regarding online gambling is senseless, that doesn't really tell us whether or not these guys were running a Ponzi scheme.

One reason I've long been in favor of legalizing this stuff is that I'd much rather see these companies regulated by an outfit like the Nevada Gaming Commission than by some mysterious offshore entity or by nobody at all.
