Rafael writes and does most everything else right handed, apparently, but I believe he learned to play tennis with his left hand from the beginning, so it never felt abnormal to him at all or had to go through some transition to changes hands.

The same kind of thing would apply to a left-handed person that picked up right-handed golf clubs from the beginning. (I've been told this actually would be a good thing putting the more dominant arm in the 'power' side of the swing.)
