1/ I have to choose between making the bar or trying to use some duplication with 9/8 24/22 and trying to disturb him from making the 5. But a point is a point and the 7 is better then the 9. There is some bad variation with the split as well. so 8/7 9/7

2/ hit or not ? hit gains in the race, remove a builder, try to escape a runner. But the anchoring play also remove that builder and cancel most of his game plans. It's probably very close but I choose 24/20 B/20

3/ If we hit the best play is to hit twice, not much return than hit one and less chance to anchor for him. If we don't hit making the bar is better with a good duplication of 4.We already have 10 checkers in the zone and the security of the better anchor. I would go for the blitz.
