In #3 I believe that you're confusing the situation here when there are only 4 checkers borne off, with what would be the case with 5 off. The actual position is a clear recube since it is a BIG pass if you close the prime and a clear pass followed by a roll like 31 to cover followed by a dance. Probably this is still a bare take based on the non covers and a potential joker 61 after covering with a 4, but it won't shock me if an XGR+ RO shows close pass.
