White has an anchor so blitzing is out. Blue has the race edge so racing (bearing in vs. anchor) is possible. Blue has too many points and one too many anchors. Blue doesn't want to be primed on the 20 point. Giving up the bar point anchor seems inconsistent. So play 20/14. Between 18/14 and 14/10, 18/14 looks like it's more prone to immediate counterattack, but also a lot more consistent with Blue's game plan. 18/14, I suppose.
