I'm not sure I agree with you, because I think "good dice" can only be defined by reference to the position on the board. If I dance on a 1-point board, you wouldn't say "but those are good dice! you got 6-6!"

Let's say I am aiming at a shot and I roll 5-2. Are those good dice or bad dice? "Well, it depends on the number you needed to hit the shot," I hear you say. Exactly! The exact same sequence of rolls might be "good dice" for me and "bad dice" for you.

Steve -- you've led the horse to water, now what's your plan?
