Opening up another blot does not seem like the way to shut off White's blitz. That nixes 13/7*. Staying back on the 2pt, and hitting 21/15*, should be safer than than giving White a good return shot on the 4pt. White will still have a productive 6, but at least he won't be hitting. The resulting Blue checker on the 15pt connects nicely with his blot on the 9pt. My move: bar/23, 21/15 Mike
