I'll just say that it's higher. However, I suggest that your scoring system be modified in two ways:

(1) Count the millipoints of dmp:save/go:money as 20:14:9 (the reverse application of an empirically derived ratio) rather than 1:1:1.

(2) Relatively increase the value of the millipoints closer to zero. (Logarithmic may be too steep a curve, but linear seems grossly simplistic to me.)
