For money, 5/1* looks quite clear. We don't want to be hit 6-primed or closed out after hit and dance. 5/1* should win more, win more gammons, and also lose more gammons. The jacking up of the gammon rate makes me hesitate, but I think we need a more lopsided score to make 9/5 best.
