I'd play 6/4(2) here. The alternative is 24/22 10/9 6/5 which seems to do two good things at once (step up to the edge of the prime and make a five-prime) but the quality of our prime is much worse. It extends into our board only to the 5pt, and there are not many rolls that extend it to a six-prime. Stepping up to the edge of the prime gives us excellent sixes but if we don't roll a six or something that makes the front of our prime, we risk collapsing our front position and leaving ourselves open to attack on both sides of the board.
