I favor 13/11 here for the following reasons: (1) Blue does NOT want to be hit! (2)Making the 5 point is rather crucial to avoiding gammon here should Blue get/hit a shot. Playing 13/11/ gives Blue a good 6 & a crucial builder for the 5 point.
