I clicked I just didn't reply for the usual reasons. I would have played 13/12 13/10. You're behind in the race and you have a free ride this turn because of the state of your opponent's inner board and the strength of your own board. You want to block your opponent into his holding game and the more builders you have for outfield points the better. Slotting one directly only makes sense, it's always the quickest way to make a point.
