One possibility is to try to convert to a race and exploit White's crappy board by playing 18/13 7/3. But I think that gives White too many hit-and-cover rolls. Besides, at 4a3a, we're itching to create a gammon threat and turn the cube, so I'd prefer to attack. 7/2* 6/2 leaves just one blot and two direct builders for it; 7/3 7/2* leaves two blots but makes a better point and gives us three direct builders. I'll try 7/3 7/2*.
