To make 13/11 right, Blue needs a near hopeless position, like this one:

White	42
Blue	125
Position ID: 37cBBAC3DeCAQQ Match ID: UYkKADAAOAAA

Just about any improvement, and Blue should play 20/18 -- from what I've been able to come up with. For example:

White	42
Blue	120
Position ID: 37cBBADvBuCAQQ Match ID: UYkKADAAOAAA

From Mike's original position, give White a five point board:

White	51
Blue	171
Position ID: 720GBADgc/CAQQ Match ID: UYkKADAAOAAA

Bar/20/18 is a blunder.
