Fair game? There is no such thing in casinos. Counting cards is, in most of our opinion, fair game, but if they think you do it and they want to bar you, they can. If you keep winning money from them and they can't figure out why, if they want to, they can bar you. I know a guy who isn't allowed to play the slots at one hotel...they don't know if he cheats or not, and they don't care.

Isn't it the same in Backgammon? If the tournament director doesn't think you are honest or fair, even if he can't prove it, he has the right to eject you.

I can promise you that if someone clearly sets the dice and clearly rolls better than he should, and he or others at the table win a lot of money, they will not sit back and just let him continue. They are not in business to lose money and they get quite agitated when they do.
