Blue's home board is such a shambles that I think he must pass this reluctantly. It's not terribly gammonish but just hard for Blue to turn around.

Close pass for me .. neilkaz ..perhaps influenced by dance phobia since this type of open 2 pt thing is usually a take with White's checkers that far back.
